The KITCHEN

The kitchen is probably the most significant room in the impression it will have on the buyer.

They will very likely remember how it is described in your ad. And you might well have included a photo of it...

Accordingly it is important to give a positive but realistic description. Otherwise you risk losing credibility - which could cost you in other areas.

So we have divided the desciptions into three main types. Posh, Club Class and Economy.

Some of the words / phrases are interchangeable. But don't describe your tiny kitchen as "fabulous to-die-for designer kitchen".. It won't help.

What will help is to describe it as "cosy, functional kitchen with cool breakfast bar"
