Any potential buyer will want full details of the number of bedrooms and other rooms

Below are some words and phrases you may find useful. Combine them with DESCRIPTIVE WORDS for a positive, powerful description.

Bedrooms aren't usually mentioned much beyond how many there are. But you might want to include phrases like the ones below.

About Room Sizes

If the bedrooms are a good size include the dimensions eg Bedroom One: 15 Ft x 12 Ft. Bedroom 2 14Ft x 9 Ft and so on.

However if the sizes aren't great on all of the bedrooms then it might be best not to risk putting the buyer off but to let them see the rooms for themselves. You could stress the rooms that are a good size eg "large master bedroom" rather than the dimensions.
